Product Warranty and Returns



Returns
All returns must have an RGA# issued before being sent back and are to be shipped pre-paid. We do NOT credit return shipping charges. All items must be received in clean, resalable condition.

(ALWAYS RE-BOX ITEMS B-4 SHIPPING BACK).

A small 15% handling charge is applied to all stock products that are returned. Special order items are subject to a 25% handling charge (this charge may vary according to individual vendor(s) return policies, in these cases the customer will be made aware of the charge previous to issuing the RGA).

Defective items must fall within vendors warranty period. Please identify the date code prior to calling for the RGA. In most cases the period is one year, there are some products that have extended warranty periods. We will be happy to let you know the warranty period for any item that you may question. A warranty tag should be filled out for each item returned (available on-line or by request). Included should be the date installed, date removed, and the reason for failure (defective, n/g, do not qualify as reasons). All returns are inspected upon arrival previous to credit being issued. Returns should be packed and sent back with a copy of the RGA inside and the RGA # written on the outside of the box.



Damaged Goods
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise immediately upon arrival. Should your items arrived damaged, a claim must be filed with the Carrier to replace or repair any damage equipment or parts. Always check for any external damage to the packaging, and note any damage on the courier receipt.

If your product is damaged contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Picture are an excellent way to support you claim. Digital pictures can be E mailed to
support@hvacoracle.com .

If the parts or equipment appear to be damaged beyond repair on delivery, we recommend that you refuse shipment and contact us immediately and we will contact the shipping company on your behalf.



Defective Items
All parts have a 90 day warranty for the date of purchase. At our discretion, we will repair or replace any part that fails under normal use. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable and any items return is at the Purchasers expense.

Electrical items such as motors, compressors, relays, contactors, gas valves, time clocks and Circuit Boards are not returnable. Any return goods must have a copy of the RGA ( Return Goods Authorization ) shipped with the items. Contact us at
